Clifton View Care Home is managed by Mr Luke Staples.

I began my journey at Clifton View Care View September 2015; starting on the first day we opened and having the pleasure of welcoming our very first residents in to the home.

I started in a Senior Care position, progressing to Night Team Leader, Care Coordinator and then Deputy Manager. Since then, I have grown and developed with the company in to the role of Home Manager. I am proud to say I have worked and have knowledge of every inch of the home.

My role is to ensure we consistently provide the very best for our residents, colleagues, families and the professionals supporting us to deliver exemplary and personalised care.

I am very proud of the team we have here at Clifton View and what we manage to achieve daily. It is a humbling experience to be part of such a hardworking and determined team.
