SPECIALISING IN DEMENTIA & RESIDENTIAL CARE IN NOTTINGHAM

Clifton View is a purpose built home that has been made to suit the needs of all of our residents to help everyone feel included.

The home was recently refurbished to make the environment modern, practical and most importantly safe.

We take pride in our environment both indoors and outdoors. Our recent infection control rating was “Green”. At Clifton View we have a dedicated team to ensure that the maintenance and cleanliness of the home is a top priority.

At Clifton View we have a well maintained garden which can be enjoyed by residents and loved ones. We have prioritised making the garden safe and functional as well as a pleasant area for our residents to spend their time if they wish to do so.

Ground Floor

Ground floor is our specialised dementia floor for up to 20 residents. This floor has been adapted to support those living with dementia to enjoy their lives while staying safe.

The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge with a separate dining area as well as a cinema and a shop. The ground floor lounge has direct access to the garden if residents wish to spend time outside.

First Floor

First floor is our rehabilitation floor which has 28 individual rooms with private en-suites. On this floor we have our own staff as well as support from the CityCare team who are on site week days to support residents with their rehabilitation including physiotherapy.

All rooms on the 1st floor have their own TV provided by Clifton View as well as one in the main lounge area. We found that it can be a comfort to those that come to us from the hospital that may need to rest while recovering.

First floor has a large kitchenette which can be used to complete assessments before being discharged.

Second Floor

The second floor is our long term residential floor for up to 28 residents.

Second floor has a cosy lounge for residents to enjoy and interact with others, a separate dining area and a kitchenette. From the second floor lounge there are large windows which allows our residents to see for miles of Clifton and the surrounding areas. On the second floor we have a library area for those residents that enjoy reading and a quieter area.

All of the residents have access to the entirety of the home if they wish to explore or try the different amenities that other floors have to offer.
